Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 10.5 oz Cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 1(16) oz package of frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Heat pan on medium high heat and brown ground beef.
- Once beef is browned, drain and stir in cream of mushroom soup.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour Mixture into casserole dish.
- Layer tater tots evenly over ground beef and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and hot.
