Baked Ziti
Once again a Sunday dish that will provide your family with countless leftover lunches! A warm comfort food, and personally one of my husbands favorites.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Dry ziti pasta
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 52 oz Spaghetti sauce
- 6 oz Provolone cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 6 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Minced or powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large pot bring water to a boil and cook the pasta until tender.
- Dice onion.
- Heat pan over medium high heat and add ground beef and onion.
- Once beef has browned, drain and return return to pan. Add sauce and simmer for 15 minutes
- Drain pasta and set to side.
- Butter your 9x13 casserole dish.
- Layer your ziti in this order:
Ziti Layering
- 1/2 of the ziti noodles
- Provolone cheese
- Sour cream
- 1/2 of the sauce and beef mixture
- Remaining Ziti noodles
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Remaining sauce mix
- Top with Parmesan cheese
