Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic minced or powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 cup macaroni I use egg noodles
- 3 ½ cup water
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion diced optional
Instructions
- Finley dice onion
- In pan over medium high heat brown beef and onion until onion is almost translucent.
- Drain ground beef and return to pan.
- Take off of heat and stir in ketchup, mustard and seasonings.
- Return to heat and add noodles and water.
- Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until noodles are cooked through.
- After all water has absorbed remove heat from pan and stir in sour cream and cheese.
- Stir until well combined and serve hot.
